2015-16 Symphonic Season

  Chasing The Sun

Transitions and Transformations

Our 2015-16 symphonic season explores turning points in the lives, careers, and works of major composers. Scott Speck leads the orchestra in his third season as artistic director, and celebrated guest artists include Robert McDonald, David Perry, and the Lincoln Trio. Repertoire includes a balanced mix of beloved composers such as Schubert and Tchaikovsky and exceptional lesser-known talents like Kilar and Earnest, and collaborations with vocal groups, dance companies, bandoneonists, youth musicians, and scientists enhance the season’s rich programming.
