The Chicago Philharmonic Chamber Players present classics from Broadway and early cinema by Gershwin, Bernstein, Kerns, Rogers and Hammerstein, Cole Porter, and more! As performers for the Chicago Philharmonic and members of the Lyric Opera Orchestra, these musicians are no strangers to telling stories with music, and this music is full of them. Ed Harrison (vibes and percussion) adds the unique insights of someone who has worked in the past with Bernstein himself. Enjoy selections from Porgy & Bess, West Side Story, and other timeless music, along with delicious brunch offered by City Winery.

Doors open at 11:00 A.M. Brunch will be available for purchase before and during the performance. Casual attire is encouraged. Approximate run time: 1 hour.
